    Handrail | Stainless Steel Dome Ends

    Satin Polished Brushed Stainless Steel Handrail with wall brackets and Dome End Caps.

    • Lengths below and including 1.8m have 2no brackets.
    • Lengths below and including 2.8m have 3no brackets.
    • Lengths below and including 3.8m have 4no brackets.
    • Lengths below and including 4.5m have 5no brackets.
    • Lengths of 5m have 6no brackets.

    All handrails will be delivered in one complete length for 3m or less, please ensure you can get the larger sections through doors and around corners etc. All sections 3.2m or above will be split into two parts with a push fit inline connector.

    All our handrail are from fine 320 Grit Brushed Finish 304 grade stainless steel tube. Industry standard 42.4dia x 2mm thick.

    We only use the highest quality materials and the higher grit finish means it is much easy to keep clean. There are a lot of other options on the market but they offer courser grit material meaning its less eye catching and harder to keep clean. Please don't accept cheaper versions of this product all our stainless handrail and brackets are superior high quality.

    Our wall brackets and end caps are also in matching 320 grit and really set the handrail off and give it that impressive look, our fittings are imported from Italy and are of the highest quality on the market.

    All countersunk woodscrews are supplied with our items so there are no extra costs when it comes to you fitting the item.

    Installation

    • Safely get your handrail into your building/ installation area.
    • Unpack and remove outer packaging. Leave the shrink wrap on and expose just where the bracket goes.
    • Put your brackets on to the pre-drilled and tapped holes using all the fixings provided, adjust bracket accordingly.
    • Offer your rail with the brackets on against the wall, use a pencil and carefully mark out the position of the holes. Repeat this until all holes are marked.
    • Double check all positions prior to drilling.
    • Once your happy drill all the holes to suit a No12 woodscrew.
    • Offer wall rail back up and fix using No12 woodscrews and plugs if required.
    • Admire your new rail.

    We use a blend of beeswax and carnauba wax, two of the finest waxes known to man. Our wax is designed to protect raw wood and can be applied to virtually any existing finish. The wax is hand applied by the craftsmen in our workshop. The wax adds to resilience of the wood which makes for easy cleaning. We recommend applying a clear coat of wax once a year to keep your item looking amazing!

    Raw Steel – Dark Grey in colour and built using robust malleable iron fittings and mild Steel pipe. Our Raw Steel is coated with a protective lacquer so although not suitable for outdoors it is designed to last a lifetime indoors.

    Brass – We only use the highest quality Italian Brass fittings and solid Brass pipe on our furniture. Brass will not corrode and is great for outdoor and indoor use. To provide a full range of sizes for our brass pipework, we cut and thread pipes from longer lengths for specific sizes. This process may result in some minor marks on the brass, which are visible upon close inspection.

    Copper – All our Copper products are protected with a hardwearing clear lacquer to ensure they keep their natural glow. Copper will not corrode and is great for outdoor and indoor use. If used outside be sure to treat it with care to ensure it keeps the natural glow.

    Industrial Silver – Silver in colour, our Galvanised Steel range has been dipped and treated with Zinc to make it water and rust-resistant. The galvanised coating is up to 10 times more resistant to abrasion than standard powder coating. Perfect for indoor and outdoor use.

    Stainless Steel – The pièce de resistance of metal, Silver and reflective in colour. Stainless Steel is made by adding Chromium to Molten Steel making it incredibly resistant to rust from water and salt water than galvanised Steel. Perfect for indoor and outdoor use, your stainless-steel piece of furniture will literally last forever.

    Powder Coated – A powder-based paint that is sprayed onto the Steel. It is chip resistant and helps prevent water corrosion. The paint doesn’t chip, crack and peel like traditional paint making it more durable. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
