Lifetime Warranty
Our Lifetime Warranty provides peace of mind for your handmade furniture, offering unlimited claims for added protection.
This coverage includes accidental damages, natural wood movement, cracks, or even if you simply want a new colour or style! We handle hassle-free delivery of your brand-new handmade furniture. An excess fee applies per claim.

Upgrade Example
If you wish to upgrade your handmade furniture from a previous purchase, you can simply pay the price difference. For example, if you originally purchased a reclaimed pine table for £500 and now want a solid oak table costing £750, you will just pay the £250 difference plus the £75 excess
Change of Mind Example
If you want to refresh your dining space with a different colour table, you can! Just contact us, and we'll arrange the exchange.
Product Damage Example
If your handmade furniture has been damaged in any way—scratches, cracks, water damage—don’t worry! Just give us a call, and we will arrange the required replacement.

Terms and Conditions
- This coverage must be purchased within one month of your handmade furniture’s delivery date. If purchased later, the charge will be backdated to the original delivery date. Example: If you buy a table on 1 January 2025 and request coverage on 1 July 2025, you must pay for coverage starting 1 January 2025 and commit to at least 12 months from 1 July 2025.Â
- Unlimited claims*Â
- An excess fee applies per claim, payable before the replacement item is delivered.Â
- Return of items: Old items must be collected at the same time or before the new one is delivered. If the old item is not returned the new item will not be delivered.Â
- Product Upgrades: You must pay the price difference when upgrading to a higher-value item.Â
- Repairs vs. Replacements: If the item can be repaired, we reserve the right to repair it instead of replacing it. Damaged components may also be replaced where appropriate.Â
- Policy Cancellation: Once you opt out, coverage ends at the end of your last paid month.Â
- Minimum Subscription: A minimum 12-month subscription applies. You must either make 12 monthly payments or pay the remaining balance in full if you wish to cancel early.Â
- Cooling-off period: the policy can be cancelled without any penalty within 14 days.Â
- Consumer statutory rights - This warranty is in addition to consumer statutory rightsÂ
- Stock Availability – All replacements are subject to stock being available and may be subject to a lead time. Where replacement items are unavailable, we will offer a range of alternatives.   Â
* Abuse Clause: We reserve the right to cancel the policy and deny replacements if we determine the policy is being misused.
