    Lifetime Warranty

    Our Lifetime Warranty provides peace of mind for your handmade furniture, offering unlimited claims for added protection.

    This coverage includes accidental damages, natural wood movement, cracks, or even if you simply want a new colour or style! We handle hassle-free delivery of your brand-new handmade furniture. An excess fee applies per claim.

    Upgrade Example

    If you wish to upgrade your handmade furniture from a previous purchase, you can simply pay the price difference. For example, if you originally purchased a reclaimed pine table for £500 and now want a solid oak table costing £750, you will just pay the £250 difference plus the £75 excess

    Change of Mind Example

    If you want to refresh your dining space with a different colour table, you can! Just contact us, and we'll arrange the exchange.

    Product Damage Example

    If your handmade furniture has been damaged in any way—scratches, cracks, water damage—don’t worry! Just give us a call, and we will arrange the required replacement.

    Terms and Conditions

    • This coverage must be purchased within one month of your handmade furniture’s delivery date. If purchased later, the charge will be backdated to the original delivery date. Example: If you buy a table on 1 January 2025 and request coverage on 1 July 2025, you must pay for coverage starting 1 January 2025 and commit to at least 12 months from 1 July 2025.
    • Unlimited claims*
    • An excess fee applies per claim, payable before the replacement item is delivered.
    • Return of items: Old items must be collected at the same time or before the new one is delivered. If the old item is not returned the new item will not be delivered.
    • Product Upgrades: You must pay the price difference when upgrading to a higher-value item.
    • Repairs vs. Replacements: If the item can be repaired, we reserve the right to repair it instead of replacing it. Damaged components may also be replaced where appropriate.
    • Policy Cancellation: Once you opt out, coverage ends at the end of your last paid month.
    • Minimum Subscription: A minimum 12-month subscription applies. You must either make 12 monthly payments or pay the remaining balance in full if you wish to cancel early.
    • Cooling-off period: the policy can be cancelled without any penalty within 14 days.
    • Consumer statutory rights - This warranty is in addition to consumer statutory rights
    • Stock Availability – All replacements are subject to stock being available and may be subject to a lead time. Where replacement items are unavailable, we will offer a range of alternatives.

    * Abuse Clause: We reserve the right to cancel the policy and deny replacements if we determine the policy is being misused.

    • Pet Damage – scratches, chews, and bites
    • Everyday Wear & Tear – normal usage, sun fading, and colour changes (not stains)

    • Accumulated Damage – issues like scratches or staining that worsen over time
    • Mistreatment Damage – deliberate damage, neglect, or incorrect cleaning
    • Furniture for Business Use – including rental properties and commercial furniture

    All our furniture is handmade in the UK, which means we can make all our products to the size you want.

    All sizes and measurements are customisable, please contact us with your bespoke measurements for a personal quote.

    We use a blend of beeswax and carnauba wax, two of the finest waxes known to man. Our wax is designed to protect raw wood and can be applied to virtually any existing finish. The wax is hand applied by the craftsmen in our workshop. The wax adds to resilience of the wood which makes for easy cleaning. We recommend applying a clear coat of wax once a year to keep your item looking amazing!

    The wax enhances the natural grain whilst protecting the wood

    Once applied, the timber soaks up the wax and enriches its natural features. The wax not only adds to the resilience of the shelves, but it also makes for easy cleaning as they are water-resistant. We recommend applying a clear coat of wax once a year to keep your item looking amazing!

    The wood is a natural material, so it may absorb the wax slightly differently across different pieces.

    Each product is made bespoke for every order and we can get them delivered to you as soon as the next working day.

    Raw Steel – Dark Grey in colour and built using robust malleable iron fittings and mild Steel pipe. Our Raw Steel is coated with a protective lacquer so although not suitable for outdoors it is designed to last a lifetime indoors.

    Brass – We only use the highest quality Italian Brass fittings and solid Brass pipe on our furniture. Brass will not corrode and is great for outdoor and indoor use. To provide a full range of sizes for our brass pipework, we cut and thread pipes from longer lengths for specific sizes. This can add a few extra days to the lead time to produce fully brass items. 

    Copper - All our Copper products are protected with a hardwearing clear lacquer to ensure they keep their natural glow. Copper will not corrode and is great for outdoor and indoor use. If used outside be sure to treat it with care to ensure it keeps the natural glow.

    Industrial Silver – Silver in colour, our Galvanised Steel range has been dipped and treated with Zinc to make it water and rust-resistant. The galvanised coating is up to 10 times more resistant to abrasion than standard powder coating. Perfect for indoor and outdoor use.

    Stainless Steel – The pièce de resistance of metal, Silver and reflective in colour. Stainless Steel is made by adding Chromium to Molten Steel making it incredibly resistant to rust from water and salt water than galvanised Steel. Perfect for indoor and outdoor use, your stainless-steel piece of furniture will literally last forever.

    Powder Coated – A powder-based paint that is sprayed onto the Steel. It is chip resistant and helps prevent water corrosion. The paint doesn’t chip, crack and peel like traditional paint making it more durable. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Available in a choice of colours please see all RAL colours here www.ralcolor.com (colours are subject to availability and prices may vary outside of Black, Anthracite Grey or White).
